The Town of Merrimac COA, in conjunction with the Town of Merrimac BOH seeks an experienced, diligent and compassionate State of MA board certified RN with a background in Community and/or Public Health Nursing. The Public Health Nurse reports directly to the COA Executive Director and is responsible for community health and wellness initiatives such as, but not limited to, blood pressure and vaccine clinics, telephone and in person wellness visits and utilizing MAVEN to assist the Board of Health with reporting and tracking for DPH monitoring purposes. This is a part time, non-benefited position at 14.5 hours per week with an anticipated start date of late June 2022.
