Notice is hereby given by Newburyport Towing Service, Inc. 27 S. Hunt Road, Amesbury, MA, pursuant to the provisions of Mass G.L c. 255, Section 39A, that they will auction the following vehicles August 25, 2022 on the website www.auctionsinternational.com. In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 8:00 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Harborlight Community Partners for proposed construction of a Supportive Senior Housing Development with demolition of an existing structure, four new buildings (20,550 sq. ft.), a garage, terraces, associated parking, access way, utilities and grading at 236-240 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 13, Parcel/Lot 11 and Parcel 12, Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
